Wake Up

I woke up this morning missing work. Not so much the travel but I miss walking into an organization and having to be “on.” I loved giving talks on subjects that brought out my beliefs and values, working with teams, designing and conducting workshops—things like that. Sabbatical

Hi everyone,

I’ve decided to take a break from writing my blog. Consider it a sabbatical. I’ll return in the spring with some new stories to share. I’ve written 72 one pagers that I began sharing with you every month since February 2012. That is almost 6 years ago! I just need a break. (more…)

We raised our two sons in a beautiful, turn-of-the-century town in New Jersey. I was traveling for work a lot in those days—mostly short trips—but out of town practically every week. Farn managed most of the day-to-day care of the boys and relied on a network of friends for help and support. One close friend was a househusband. (more…)
