John works with organizations in one of two ways:

1. He is hired for his experience in the following types of work and offers simple half-day workshops as well:

  • Team Building
  • Designing and Facilitating Interactive Meetings
  • Process Redesign
  • Executive Coaching
  • Training (Storytelling, Dealing with Difficult People, and Staff Consulting Skills)

2. He teaches clients the tools for how to build teams, design interactive meetings, improve processes, coach direct reports, and/or develop skills.

Sometimes it’s helpful to have an outside, independent person facilitating. Other times it’s helpful to learn the skills yourselves. John works either way.
